How is NEO|SO structured?

A

NEO|SO is a Council of Governments, organized under Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code. Once NEO|SO has procured a product or service offering by following the guidelines of the Ohio Revised Code, our Members are able to buy that product or service without having to conduct their own bid process. Buying through NEO|SO is very similar to buying through State Bid in that regard.
