We've conducted dozens of interviews with NEO|SO Members about their auto parts programs. We found that there are many common frustrations regarding how our Members buy and utilize parts to service their automobile fleets. Here are some of the things they've had to say:

• Multiple Vendors: "To get the parts we need, we buy from local garages, dealerships, NAPA and others. It's an administrative pain to deal with all these vendors, and I know we could do better, but I just don't have the time."
