NEO|SO developed a telecommunication audit program that identifies opportunities for our Members to recover historical over-charges and reduce their ongoing telecommunications expenses.

NEO|SO’s supplier analyzes historical billings to ensure that the telecommunications vendor is billing our Members appropriately for the services that are being rendered. Our team often finds discrepancies and secures the appropriate refunds.

It seems like our vendors change their plans on a daily basis, but they never call me to let me know that there is a better plan for my organization," NEO|SO's team works with Members' current telecommunication providers to identify and implement the best plan for each Member’s current telecommunication usage needs.
  • Saving Money: "We are under intense financial pressures, what with a shrinking tax base and ever-increasing costs. We need to save money, NOW." NEO|SO’s program has established a strong track record of identifying immediate savings and cost recoveries.
